Come on back to Kentucky Camp! We are seeking friendly and independent caretakers for one site on the Coronado NF - historic Kentucky Camp. At the site, caretakers will be responbsible for greeting the public and answering questions. Caretakers are also responsible for maintenance (e.g., adobe patching, light carpentry, grounds-keeping, clean-up of the facilities, etc.) and work with FS archaeologists on stabilization and interpretive work. Amenities available may vary; detailed information will be provided to those volunteers selected for the project. Each session will run for one full month. Applicants must be able to commit to the full time period and, dependent upon staffing needs and availability, are welcome to participate in additional sessions.This project will recruit only until all sessions are filled, so apply today!
